Wow Sir this is really authentic and fully made from begin. Most of the hotels add condensed milk and make it artificially sweet and also makes it thick . The best consistency I can see in your preparation

Chef Bhat sir Hope you read this comment I'm trying many of your recipes.especially paruppu urundai kuzhambhu and kesar sooji. Since my family members have higher LDL and Triglycerides I reduced the amount of oil used in Kesari 😌. It turned to be a cake 😌 in next half an hour.
