Carnage is basically the child of venom because in the comics venom gave birth in the prison whilst rescuing Eddie and the child symbiote bonded with Cletus Kasady. The symbiotes are single sex organisms and reproduce in that way by shedding part of themselves
I can't see how you can have spiderman in this universe as Venom first bonded with spiderman in the comics and the bad spiderman 3 movie. So the only way to make it work is for Venom to temporarily leave Eddie and bond with spiderman. Although how to make both Eddie and Venom to hate spiderman in this new universe will be a writers challenge
