Nicely done. Just picked up the same vinyl products at Home Depot but under a different name: “Everbilt”. Same packaging as in your video for the wainscoting as well as the chair rail and baseboard kit (just under a different name). Thanks.
The baseboard has a channel to accept the wainscoting. There is also a gasket to mitigate any moisture from getting behind. Thanks for watching the video, please support the channel by hitting the subscribe button.👍👊
It’s a little more expensive upfront than traditional materials, but make up for it being low maintenance! Thanks for watching, please consider subscribing to the channel 😀
@@JohnfaceMoto thank you! It was a great video, you explained everything very well. The reason I'm asking is because our bathtub had a small crack (we live in a double wide mobile home) and we thought we fixed it, but, we didn't. When we got the old tub out the water damage was shocking to me! They use the cheapest materials to build these homes anyway and the subfloor would crumble in my hands! We ended up pulling all of that up, all of the drywall around the tub area had mold so it had to go too. So, our bathroom is completely torn apart right now and I'm trying to decide what to go back with. I was wanting something in there that can handle the moisture and I read this was a good option. And, let me ask you this...we went back with the same size tub and I got a surround for the walls, well, there is a small amount of space where the tub is and it hits the walls. Do you think my surround will look bad? I'm afraid it will look funny since the tub isn't completely flush with the wall. Also, I'm still going to have about 6 inches from the top of the surround to my ceiling, what should I put there? Thanks for your reply and sorry so many questions!
Tried to buy several packs of this at Home Depot and the cashier said there is a "DO NOT SELL, CONTACT MANAGER" message on her screen. Manager could not explain why. I left empty handed, It can no longer be found on the HD site either.
