Vermont Public Television ends regular programming over it's analog transmitters on February 17th, 2009 at Midnight. This video contains the last ID/underwriter break at 11:30pm, followed by the intro for that evening's Charlie Rose program, followed by the rather unceremonious switchover to a looped message from DTVAnswers.com at exactly 12:00am that will run for the following 60 days. At that time, the analog transmitters will be shut down permanently. This video was edited to accommodate RU-vid's 10 minute time restriction. This video is an off-air recording of WVER, Channel 28 in Rutland VT from southern Saratoga County NY, 55 miles from the transmitter.
