In my 3rd episode of season 2 of my Versus Series I will be putting the 2 martial artists from the latest 2 mainline games against one another to see who I think would win in a fight.

My thoughts on this one: pretty much my thoughts exactly. Chie is no joke, but Makoto Is simply a more properly trained, more intelligent fighter.

While I don't think Chie is an idiot, comparing her intelligence in general to both Yu or even Naoto...yeah, Chie ain't gonna bring a well put plan in comparison to Makoto, who's actually one of the smartest phantom thieves members in general, I bet she's almost as smart as both Ren/Akira or even Aketchi, and crow is a fricking detective for crying out loud even if he's acting as a total maniac (even though his plan to take out Shido, sorta needed some other re-thinking to do, but I digress), also it's pretty clear the difference between, having a fighting style rip out of movies and a fighting style developed by actual training.

Ayy I was waiting a while but it came out good on you to be on time rane👍🏽 Let the waifu wars commence‼️🎶 After thoughts:love how you recap one in an informative way and a quick one 2👌🏽 After thought#2:I like the story of the fight kept me guessing every minute,as for the result I know how I said b4 In a stream I thought chie would win but looking back only real advantage chie has is her power and to a certain extant her persona but in speed durability and stamina we know there tied because of q2 but that works in makoto’s favor as I believe she would be smart enough to realize this mid fight and constantly spamming her strongest attacks to then heal and repeat the process until chie’s stamina runs out or to put it bluntly cracks under pressure.but to be far as rane mentioned without makoto’s ability to heal chie would won.all around good video rane hope this comment finds you well!

I agree. Too bad most people think that Chie would stand no chance at all against her. She has advantages, its just Makoto's advantages are better suited to fight Chie, though against other members of the Investigation Team, its questionable.

@@mgl_9946 I agree 100% makoto's just more suited to fight chie then chie is for makoto,with both healing and better intelligence(not to mention her training)but if makoto fought someone like kanji or naoto not to mention you it'd be a wrap.

@@yaboiskinnymannn7861 haha. I was just thinking of those 3. Yep Kanji, Naoto and Yu would most likely beat her. Another possible candidate it's actually Yosuke. He may look wimpy, but he was the cannonical winner in the Arena manga beating Chie, Yukiko and even Yu. Plus unlike Chie who only focuses on the offense he has wind attacks, physical attacks, has sukukaja to boost his already high speed, and he can heal himself. He is not the smartest school wise, but combat wise he is not reckless like ryuji, kanji or junpei. His main attribute is his speed, if you read the Ultimax manga, when in sukukaja he basically becomes a blur if not almost invisible to the human eye. Add in the fact that he is quite the acrobat, is intelligent, and very unpredictable, he has a chance against Makoto. Though its only a possibility, not saying he would win. Too bad my girl Yukiko would lose to Makoto, but I still think she is best girl.

@@mgl_9946 well said,yosuke despite how he’s portrayed he’s not all to dumb both in combat and when it ccame down to suspects in the murder,while I never read the manga of ultimax call me shocked to hear yosuke won but that adds more in his favor compared to say ryuji,but yosuke vs junpei now that’s a debate :)

The next match up looks awesome 👍 if I'd love to see a fight involving DMC V Nero, I think he improved a lot. Maybe against KH Sephiroth? Could be a cool mirror match to 3TRs Vergil vs Sephiroth and Dante vs Sephiroth vids, respectively xD

Nice one. I would to see Akechi in your series again or Kasumi Yoshizawa in your series. Here is a fight idea for each. Yoshikage Kira Vs Goro Akechi (Third Semester Events in Royal included) and Kasumi Yoshizawa Vs Pyrrha Nikos (Both of them are red haired supernatural women who were destined for greatness until tragedy struck at some point in their lives.).

Honestly I think the next fight might be too much for Blake if she's up against a ff character, if she does win it'll be by the scrape of her teeth (though Yang did win against Tifa, so maybe). But other than that, I like this series. Here are my ideas: Bucky Barnes, aka Winter Soldier (MCU Infinity War-Endgame) vs General James Ironwood. Battle of the robotic arm soldiers. Jaune Arc vs Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke, the strategic leader of JNPR vs The Terminator. The Shredder (TMNT, no ooze) vs Roman Torchwick, the Foot Clan Leader vs the Criminal Mastermind of Vale.

I think Naoto would've been a better opponent Makoto. Given they are the brains of their group and are pretty similar in having a history with the police force, with Naoto being a detective and Makoto wanting to become a police officer.

Overall i agree in Outcome i do not think Chie got tge Edge in therms of weapons. To say Chie can Doge a bullet is Stretching it. It al Depend on zhe Situation. Also feet vs fist is not the strong Point since makoto can use both. Using a feet in batle is more risky. Sinc a hurt leg is mir a hinderance than a Fist. In a battle Like this . Loosing your speed would mean defeat fir either. Queens tools are much more fleshed out for diferent tactics. Witch Match her brains. Even on eqal brains Chie would nor be able to best makoto. Oh an Makoto would now better than use a gun point blank vs an enemy as fast as Chie. Still your fight was well whriten. Really good job.

I knew makoto would win do to makoto and not her persona mainly because chie persona is ment for combat. I want to know will chie win if it was their 2 teir persona. Next fight will be amazing. Hope genesis wins i like him. I like that he is the dark winged angle and sephiroth is the one winged angel even though the both got one dark wing.
