Don't give up. Love on your self. Sing calming lullabies, hum, and hug yourself and say I love you, and say your name. It helps mine so very much. Use also the look at something still and not think for a few minutes trick that I do to slow that puppy down. Good luck you are doing better than you think! xxoo A

Thanks Miguel. I have vertigo and dizziness since April 2020. I was super stressed and while rolling in bed I experienced it which lasted for more than a minute. It was scary and since then I have been very very very scared of it. I had panic attacks especially while going in a car. I have developed balance issues and walking difficulties and can't move out of the house on my own. I need someone to hold my hand and then I walk. Yes as you said I had ebbs and flows. When I have slept well the previous night or had a good nap it improves. Exertion beyond a certain amount brings it back. My functioning depends on how well rested I am. Its there in the back of the mind. I have started responding well to my symptoms. They do flare up but I am able to bounce back faster as I see. Will be learning a lot from you and hoping to recover fully.

A trampoline! Yes! What a good way of describing it. I have thought of it as "nerve bouncing", cause its so clear that its not the muscles doing the motion. What a great video, made me feel better about the nerve bouncing (def one of my least favorite ones), havent been able to get it confirmed by other people since i havent known how to describe it. Thank you!

Miguel, this is what I meant the other day when we were live by swirling head at night and all day 24/7 for years. I called it internal vertigo, and I hate it the most!!! No one has ever said this wow I have been wanting to know if anyone else had it. It has been the strongest and most frustrating and scary of all. I am now having time without it. It's really bad when I close my eyes. When food moves in me it is the biggest trigger for it. Oh, the car thing yup back and forth up and down wobbly swirling feeling. It will go away just like all the other symptoms are going away. I am a THRIVER! xxxoo Ava "If you hate it the most it will last the longest you are so right I am going to fall in love with it from now on!! OMG this is the video to heal me ALL THE WAY I have been waiting for this moment of realization on this symptom and now I know that my brain knows what to do to get me to stop oh man I get it now!!!! I had motion sickness when I had Covid in August 2023. I could feel the vibration of my own steps, I could not ride in the car, browsing at the grocery store for 10 minutes is already too much for me. When I got better from Covid, the dizziness lessen, but I still feel the internal dizziness. I was just standing still and I felt like I was swaying to the side. I often stumbled when I walked. Scrolling motion on the phone made me dizzy. I was diagnosed with Vestibular Occular Reflex problem, and currently doing physical therapy for vertigo. It is the fourth weeks now, and I am seeing quite an improvement in with my ability to cope with seeing fast motion and also my balance. I still don’t watch TV and I limit my screen time. My PT said that I only need two more therapies then it is done. So, I am crossing my fingers that I can remove this one symptoms out of a handful of my Long Covid symptoms. 🤞🌻🌻🌻

I'm 22. My dizziness started in my first term in engineering. Right at the start of 2023 I was dismissed by doctors and told to "rest and try to stress less" That only fueled my anxiety because I was so sure that this wasn't normal and the only conclusion my stressed and overwhelmed brain could come to is that I must be sick. My dizziness was constant, there was no break. Day, Night in bed, shower, sofa, everywhere and ESPECIALLY outside of my house. It got worse and worse and for all this time doctors refused to do any tests because there wasn't anything wrong with my body. But I was scared for my life and fought tooth and nail 24/7 to "think my way out of it" There just was a logical solution some problem with my back or with my electrolytes or whatever. This made me overanalyze a lot and not at all take a step back that was the worst thing I could've done. I quit my job for the summer of 23 because I couldn't do it, it was too much. Moved back in with my parents, and suddenly got even more time to think, spent that whole summer just thinking and thinking and progressively getting worse and worse. Then I got in touch with a doctor in august 2023 that did some neurological and blood test and came to the same conclusion that there wasn't anything wrong. And at this point I had totally given up, there was no energy left. I thought "let's try this idiotic theory that this is just stress and if I die I die. and that's unfortunate" So i started anti-depressants to give me some help to combat the feelings that came from having no social life or life in general, and to combat the anxiety. I just took a leap of faith and decided to trust my doctors, did loads of mindfulness exercises because that was good apparently. And as hard as it was I tried to "fight" back gradually exposing myself to stuff that was too anxiety-inducing normally (it was horrible). And within 3 months I started trying to go to the gym, It was very back and forth. And at the start of 2024, I started going to a therapist in conjunction with all these other things. Fast forward to August in 2024 and I barely have dizziness anymore, I have some flair-ups but I'm confident that if I continue down this path it will get even better. It's easier to deal with if I get a flair-up every once in a while and to play down in comparison to earlier when it was constant. Some days I even forget about my dizziness and only people who have gone through the same thing understand how mad that is. So my advice to anyone in the same position, get yourself checked out to the best of your ability as soon as possible. And if there isn't anything wrong, try your absolute hardest to hold on to that there isn't anything wrong. Distract yourself, its the controlling of the fear and the fear itself that creates this upset and feeds the condition. Without a doubt the most horrible thing I've gone trough, Don't wish this upon anyone.

I definitely had tinnitus! It would come and go throughout my journey with CFS, but I did find that it was more frequent and intense when my symptoms were flaring up or I was going into an adjustment period. There are a lot of people in the program that have tinnitus as well and it does go away over time! 😉

Hi. I have CFS for 8 years, and I had tinnitus ( as the Doctors said) for many years, starting after I got CFS. My family doctor cleaned my ears from earwax, and it didn't help with the ringing. And The Ear Doctor said it was tinnitus, and no cure for it. My ears were ringing for years. So a few weeks ago i got so upset with the noise and the ringing in my left ear mostly, because it was so annoying that I had enough i couldn't deal with it. So I bought the ear wax removal kit to rinse my ears by myself. I used the soft rubber ear bulb syringe to flush out the earwax with warm water. I was so mad that i was standing in my washroom for ONE hour and i was rinsing both of my ears. Lots, lots of earwax came out. And guess what, I have no more tinnitus. My hearing is perfect now, no hissing, no noise, no ringing. But again i really went nuts with the flushing with water. Probably it's safer if your Doctor does it for you, but my Doctor only did it for a few minutes, and sent me home. I did it for an hour, but I'm cured now. So it was no tinnitus, it was only earwax, but lots of it. And the stupid ear doctor said it was tinnitus. If you do it yourself be careful, don't let the ear bulb syringe obstruct the flow of fluid leaving the ear. And don't direct it to the center or the ear, just flush through the walls of you ears. If I knew this before, I would not be depressed with this annoying noise in my ears for so many years. Good luck!😊

Okay I have came back now to type a more in depth explanation on my phone so its easier. Back in March 2024 I drank 1.5 frozen coffees from dunkins (im not a coffee drinker anyway) & had some donuts in about a 2 hour span. My heart started racing and I felt like I was having anxiety so I laid down for a minute but it wouldn’t go away; I tried taking a warm bath but felt like I was going to pass out. Called 911 and everything checked out fine; I had SOB & Chest pains from then until about end of July. Chest pains went away but SOB stayed & on came lightheaded (like im going to pass out) & dry mouth as well as fatigued. Shortness of breath has since gone away & dry mouth isn’t there nearly as bad but the Fatigue & Lightheadedness is insane. Its all day every day , no stop in sight. What can cause this? My cardiologist said everything is good , my pcp said everything is good. All my tests are normal including Magnesium & B12 . Please help someone. Life isn’t even enjoyable.

I'll be lucky to get 2-3hrs of sleep on a "good night". I'm constantly feeling shaky and being woken up with adrenaline dumps. Do you have any tips for insomnia??

I understand how difficult insomnia can be, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing it. Here are some tips that helped me and may help you too: 1. Establishing a consistent sleep schedule (a time you'll get to bed even if you won't fall asleep) 2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine (like keep of electronics, practice mindfulness and breathing, etc.) 3. Make your sleeping environment as comfortable as possible 4. Avoid stimulating activities before bed, and consider seeking professional help with sleep consultants if needed. Also remember to be patient with yourself as you work towards better sleep. It may take some consistent tries but it surely works!

Thanks for your explanation! I do not have CFS but I got POTS symptoms after having Covid 5 months ago (extreme vertigo and incredibly high heart rate). Right now I am at a level where I still function quite well. I started to take more breaks and do more relaxing activities but I am still in my quite stressful job because I am still able to without my symptoms getting worse. Do you think you can only calm your nervus system and recover when all the stressors are taken away? That would mean I will never get rid of the symptoms or I have to wait until I am physically unable to work any more…

This thing is disturbing me too much. I don't know what to do. I am unable to walk properly and it's making me useless as a man. It's so sad. I can't stop seeing everything around me rotating and making me unable to walk normally without holding onto walls.

Can the dizziness be constant? Mine is. My balance is always off. I got rid of it once with neurofeedback but I broke my leg, the off-balance came back and neurofeedback didn't work again.

Hello- I am interested in your program but can it actually help someone like me? I have the symptoms you’re talking about but I have been diagnosed through blood tests that i have reactivated ebv, chronic Lyme disease, mold toxicity and heavy metal toxicity. I have been disabled for going on four years now- do you think your program could help someone like me and have you been able to help people like me?

For a few weeks I’ve been symptom free and then BHAM… got vertigo (that’s never been a symptom for me since CFS diagnosis and bed ridden 2 years ago… but 3.5 years ago before I was bed ridden I did get a mild case of vertigo which back then I just disregarded and continued with life). I feel as though as I’m recovering I’m almost reliving a reverse of symptoms of how I got ill…. Does this even make sense… anyone else

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. It can be frustrating and disheartening when you're experiencing symptoms that affect your balance, energy levels, sleep, and overall well-being. It's important to remember that you're not alone in this journey. While anxiety can contribute to certain symptoms, it's also crucial to address potential underlying issues, such as vitamin deficiencies. It's great that you discovered your severe vitamin D3 deficiency, as addressing that can have a positive impact on your overall health. Regarding your dizziness, off-balance feeling, tremors, and vision issues, it would be best to consult with a healthcare professional who specializes in these symptoms, to rule out any other serious underlying conditions . Remember to take care of yourself and seek support from understanding individuals who can provide empathy and encouragement. You deserve understanding and respect, and it's essential to surround yourself with people who uplift you.
