Vertx Contingency Duffel Bag is a rifle / gun / bug out type bag that would that i have been using as a gig bag for music gear. As a professional musician (not operator), I need something that no musician "gig bags" I have found comes even close to providing.
First of all musicians need a bag that wont break down in 6 months. This has been the biggest hurdle in finding a bag until i discovered Vertx, Vanquest, Vitkos, Alpha one-niner, and other high end bag companies.
While musician gig bags are set up for organizing music gear, every one ive bought, even in the $250 price range, has been a craftsmanship nightmare and needs replacing faster than i can say "i have a bag addiction".

I'll show you how i pack out and organize the bag as well as discuss other possible organization strategies and applications for both bags. We will also compare how the 45 liter version differs from it's bigger 85L brother.
If you'r a musician interested in a gig bag to carry basically all of your gear other than maybe your PA speakers and instruments (unless they're small enough i suppose).
