@@Erin-Thor LOL...fair point. I wish he does more videos showing the slide IN. 99% of the RV videos on RU-vid never show the slides IN or how they slide in and out.
I agree completely. LOOK AT THE STOVE! The windows are BESIDE the stove and not behind it to dry all splashed up with grease. That’s something I’ve complained about in almost every front kitchen. This kitchen is a WINNER!
@@AC-tn1cy but some people will live full-time in one of those. And other people may want a desk for whatever other reason: maybe they want to play PC games, maybe play a piano... More useful than having 6 seats when there's only a bed for 2 people.
They should’ve flipped the stairs to the other side of the living room so the recliners actually line up with the tv. Other than that, really nice unit!
Terry H it is the same floor plan with the upgraded suspension. It has a Maserator and an automatic power cord reel. It has an induction cook top and wine fridge. Dishwasher and a stacked Whirlpool washer and drier. Comes with an out side tv and two 50” tv in the RV. It is painted fiberglass front and rear cap. Winegard tv/WiFi/4g antenna. Bought it in Oklahoma City. I pull it with a 2019 F350 Dually. I changed out the pin box to a Reese Goosebox. It also come with a Tire Pressure monitor and I put on the rear and side cameras. I love this rig.
Finally you are showing my favorite layout lol. I transported a few like this last year but they both had a island sink in the kitchen. Can’t remember the brand though. This is a perfect 2 person year round RV.
I’d like a pantry, but counter space is so important too. I think maybe one vertical pantry on either side of the fridge would work for me. My last RV had literally one tiny counter top that I had to use for a microwave replacement. The original was broken and I couldn’t get a new one grrrr.
Paula, just wondering how much room is needed for a CPAP setup? It seems more RV designs would account for those since so many people I know seem to use them.
Yep that makes it a no buy for me too. My husband uses a CPAP and I have to have water during the night. No place for an alarm clock either except across the room where you have to get out of bed to turn it off.
OMG This is perfect!!!!! Yay!!! My husband is 6'7" tall. The bedroom and the bathroom (shower, specifically) are the two most important factors in convincing him to head out on the road after retirement!!!
I have been watching ur vids for a long time and this by far imo is the beat 5th wheel design I have seen it looks fantastic and I agree that the lighter tones on the outside set it apart from others and it looks better ino
Wow..it's my dream trailer! Thank you for the tour! I am looking for something to live in fulltime because I want to travel and am sick of spending obscene amounts of money on a 💩 apartment.
Wow I must say very nice fifth wheel I really like the interior very roomy the bathroom was definitely a bonus and for the money I think it's a really good deal thank you JD always watching love the videos
Love your reviews on different 5er’s. If you could review an Alliance that would be great. Been debating on one but they seem new and can’t find many reviews. Thanks
I understand the approximate 20% weight up front so the axles don't HAVE to carry the entire weight - but, it has always bothered me that the axles are at max capacity. Wouldn't using axles rated for the entire weight of the rig be better so you have some wiggle room? Or are axles rated, unlike many other products, with Realistic Ratings so you can actually safely use the entire rating for the life of the rig? Also, it would be nice in rigs like this one, where the theater seating is not against a window, to have full size recliners - with Headrest. (I have spine issues and need to have head support so this is something I always look at)
Pretty cool layout. One thing that just KILLS me with some of the units is when they put the battery disconnect, or even in this unit the cable/sat and radio on the bottom of the wall in the storage area. I mean, that is right where someone is going to have items stowed. And the old school graphics on the front cap are a bit dated. Otherwise, I give this unit 2 thumbs up.....
Interesting layout. That kitchen and bathroom is impressive for sure. The whole trailer has a residential feel to it. Good for a couple on the road a lot, or perhaps even full time.
1st time I've seen a staircase like that in an R.V. ever! It looked good to me. I currently live in an RV 2005 Adirondack, so New materials won't be there. I'll need to send you a tour of it sometime. Only after I clean it though! I like it though, because it's just me and not a big family. Good work.
This is a must save. Freaking awesome for the price. Wonder if you ordered a Queen bed instead of the king if a small nightstand would fit on both sides. And I'd add a headboard. And maybe a desk or bar instead of the loveseat by the staircase. But nice masculine looking rig.
So many nice features! I luv the cozy living room and the kitchen. i don't like the all-seeing-eye on the front. I wish the kitchen island was a movable table for family dining. I like the hidden drawers behind the fridge - almost like a safe. When reviewing, can you remind us what section is in a slide. Sometimes i like to envision what it looks like when they're all in.
My wife and I are looking to get an FK or FL for Full time. This one is definitely appealing. We have been using your channel as our main source of learning and it’s helped. We’ve been wanting to look at a Sabre 37flh and really want you to do a review of one.
Excellent presentation. Best I've seen yet. No wasted time. Tell it like it is, and that's all. A lot of information in a short time. Damn fine, buddy. A lot of you tubers could learn from you.
I’ve been waiting a couple years to see someone install a hood over a gas range like it should be this may be the first RV I’ve seen with a vented hood where it should be and they got the bedroom and the bathroom right, The only negative I see is the slide opposite the entry door could’ve been 6 inches wider why they didn’t take it vantage and install the largest slide that would fit? Other than that the floorplan is a grand slam I’m sure this will sell very well I’m considering it even though it’s shorter than other units that I liked because it has everything that they do...
NOW THS AWESOME. Somebody got SMART! The stove does not have a window behind it!!!!! Yay. The windows are on the side. That’s SMART! Kitchen is incredible! Love it. Bathroom WOW! Bedroom really great. Needs phone connections and bedside tables or something. My only problem with this one is not much company sleeping space. But it’s very very well thought out. I’m rarely impressed anymore but this one perked me up.
My first thought was, if you stop for lunch or the night you can’t access the kitchen without climbing up over the table area (with slides in)! I like it opened up, but those quick snack stops wouldn’t be easy!
Nice unit. Full time RV compatible. One thing did not care for. The radio and disconnect in the storage area should be higher if anything is every stored . Moving stuff around and oops shut the power off, or items shift during transport power goes off. Thanks for another tour.
You need close ups. Are the couch tri fold or Jack 🔪? Can a tall person fit in RV without hitting head? Is the toilet plastic? Does it have washer dryer hookups? Love all of the outside storage.
Whooaah now that looks cool,BUT i only wish that king size bed was slidible sothat i can make even more space if i want to,my second wish is to be allowed to use this rv during road trips, that would be awesome.
I wish you would have shown all of the closets and storage in the bedroom. Is there any storage under the bed for extra bedding and pillows???? I just don’t see the necessity for a king size bed in an RV. One always needs nite stands - especially if you have a CPAP machine.
I genuinely don't see why someone thought it would be a good idea to put the stairs to the kitchen on the left side instead of the right. That would let one of the sofa beds actually be usable without impairing kitchen access. Too many designers treat sleeping accommodations outside of the master bedroom like an afterthought. As seems to be tradition with front kitchens, they was a lot of space on having far more countertop space than anyone would actually practically use, instead of pantry space. The dining table facing the TV is good, though. Bathroom is quite solid. Master bedroom is nice and spacious, even with a king bed. I don't like that the laundry is in the master bedroom, because it's not very convenient if anyone needs to use the laundry while someone is trying to sleep. They probably could've scaled down the kitchen a little bit to accommodate space for a laundry room or even put the laundry facilities in some of the dead space in the roomy kitchen.
This one is nice. Did not see anything I would change in the interior. Seemed like the underfloor storage was very cramped for that size trailer but that is a minor nit pick.
very nice, only drawback i see is if you stop at a rest stop or truck stop in route to your campground, you cant get into the kitchen without putting out at least 2 slides.
This one is a beauty. I guess the master bedroom was in the rear? Bathroom was awesome. You don't seem to mention generators anymore. I'm not into lots of holes and stuff mounted on my roof so I'd go with a portable solar set up. And you don't mention what size pickup you'd recommend any more either. Enjoy, Prost
I hate the white sofas. I love the counter top space and the windows /lightening. No upper counters though. The refrigerator is awesome. I love the bathroom. Love the coat/key closet. Love the bedroom. 6 slides. 2 AC's.
We know your looking for a new 5th wheel. I'm surprise this one doesn't have your interest on buying. I watch several and i mean several of your videos. By watching your earlier video my wife and I seen one of your videos on a RV that we decided to buy. Thanks you for showing all these rv to the public and helping decide on our purchase.
Hey JD ...I am not sure if you did this before but could you please do a vedio on buying a used RV? What kind of depreciation are we looking at per year? What kind of quick and cheap upgrades can we do? I know this will differ based on the manufacturer and how old is the rig ...but a general guide would be helpfull.
I loveitexcept no storage or shelving in the living area. If you have media stuff, where would you put the equipment? And you would not be able to share, comfortably, the tv, with visitors. But i love the warmth.
But where’s the dishwasher? I am just not interested in something without one. This floor plan with the garage under the master bed is actually what we’re looking for but there aren’t many of that style to choose from.
I saw two ares that need a redesign. One is the items in the storage ares,( basement) all those items down low on the floor invite trouble. They need to be up at the top out of the way. Two I am willing to bet the rise on the steps to the kitchen are over 7", probably closed to 9". It looks like there is space to correct that item and not interfere with the slide. Just my .02$ worth.
I like the layout don’t think I’ve seen a fifth wheel like this. I do think the kitchen stairs and the Theater seats should be opposite of each other. Will give you a more direct line to the TV from both the theater seats and the upstairs kitchen seats.
I'm used to seeing that layout with the rear kitchen models that have rear pass through storage. It made your video look backwards because the door was on the wrong side. LOL. Not sure I'd like standing on the toilet to use the second sink. It would be better to get rid of the second sink and just have the longer counter.
The stairs and the theater seats need to switch spots. It would align the seats with the TV and avoid walking in front of the TV if someone is watching and your headed into the kitchen.
