That was a beautiful meditation. I loved the blowing on a sleepy ember analogy. I could feel/see green. A deep green like moldivite. I feel open and strong and ready for the day 🙏 Thank you ❤

I absolutely love your voice and the things that you say!It’s so much better than anyone else I’ve ever listened to! I keep trying this one when I first wake up in the morning but I fall asleep every single time lol because your voice lulls me so much which has been significantly helpful at night!
