Servings: 8 pieces.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 40 grams of yogurt (2 tablespoons)
- 30 grams of coconut flakes (1/3 cup)
- 140 grams of wheat flour (2/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 120 grams of canned pineapple
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 minutes.
