This video you're watching is a restoration of a rusty air impact wrench that has been abandoned in an old junk shop!
A few days ago, a rusty air-impact wrench that was discarded in a secondhand store at a low price.
I bought it, and I'm filming this restoration video.
I'm gonna use an ultrasound washing machine to clean the dirty parts.
I washed it by mixing baking soda with hot water.
Parts such as internal cylinders and blades are cleaned and processed to new parts.
I made it.
Parts with uneven surfaces are evened by sandblasting.
I worked on it with black coloring and fixed the broken bearing and played it again.
The aluminium case is made of a simple low temperature aluminium weld where the hole is made.
I've finished sanding and polishing. But I couldn't even pick out all the sides.
The deep holes in the aluminum casing couldn't be stopped.
If you sand them, the casing will become thinner, so you can use a little bit of it.
I'm done with it's over.
I was so happy after the restoration and the test.
I loved the post-work test performance!
Please understand that the surface of the aluminum case is not perfectly even!^^

And I'd like to thank you for watching me and sponsoring Sandblaster.
I would like to express my gratitude to the well-trade representative.

I used ru-vid.comUgkx4ynqaujg7rZKFapA8s29kTpRszJGa3-K this for the first time today to replace the front wheel bearing on my rwd 98 dodge dakota. This had absolutely no issue removing or reinstalling the lug nuts and it took off the axle nut without any struggle. Sounds like it's got some muscle to it. Time will tell

Have you done such a good job so far and have not changed the bearings? Mannnn a proverb says that perfection is based on detail, plus the bearings are never hit because there is a risk of injury to the bearings! They are placed by heating or pressing them in the press!!!Remember this!good job enyway!

A good restorer always knows what to restore and what to put new. Bearings, seals, circlips and gaskets etc should always be fresh considering the functionality and safety as well. Good work nonetheless however I expected atleast the bearings to be put in new considering you beat the hell outta them while removing. Good job, keep it up.❤️👍

Every detail matters! You have perfected the beauty aspect, but the heart was left lacking! Those bearings were truly beyond repair, and even from temporary standpoint, they should have at least been packed with grease. Also without seals, they won't last long and may even fly apart at high RPM.

they are getting lubed by the oil that is needed to run these machines. he squirted oil in before he connected the air hose but in normal cases you have an oil disperser on your air line for those kind of tools.

I've rebuilt a lot of these they're good tools even though air is falling out of favor now in the bigger assembly industries due to the fact you have to spend a lot of time maintaining the airlines throughout the plant. I wonder if they still have full rebuild kits for them?
