milling: ROTARY goes REED VALVE, malossi 360 reed manifold, polini 177
due to troubles with the rotary valve TOLERANCE (small case half is BENT! sadl..) and even the RENEWED rotary valve didnt keep the smaller 0,1mm tolerance, as soon as the engine bolts were thightened, it was decided to go reed valve this time. which works okish, with such a damaged engine case..
it was a si24 rv box oolini cast iron as the cyl was already on hand. due to an ankeled small half, rv tolerance wasnt provided when halfs where closed (will show this problem in a different guide) therefore quick adjustment to reed valve, phbh30, fuel pump, polini 176/118, the newer polini cyl head, megadella v5,
not happy with the performance yet :/
rotary valve is always first choice.
