Very well done! The shifter, the chamber, the intake, etc.. Things most people don't think about. It was a plus for you that this engine has the intake at the crankcase. Beautiful. Really excellent.
Really nice work!!! Next, how about slipping the KTM 300 two stroke XCW motor into an RC390 chassis? It’s my dream combination….unless you could find a nice old RZ350 engine…🤔🤔🤔❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏
I would prefer a real video for such a great job. Wonderful idea! I didn't understand what's the purpose of the left pedal! I didn't like the kick starter cut and the new turn signal lights!!!
Left pedal is for shifting with cables. But now i made it with rods. Its much steadyer. Driving test video is coming soon. Where the engine is, is no more room for the turning signal light.
Hi, I haven't found a way to contact you privately, but i would really like to do the same to my Vespa T5... just with 125cc SX engine. But to make this wish come true, i will have to find a way to replace the rear break drum, like you did with milling the components. My question is if you would sell me the dimensions, so i could let it get done by a professional or, if you would even mill the same parts again to sell them to me. The rest will be build and weld by me, i just dont have the capacity to mill components. Even if not possible, i would put a sticker like "inspired from...(your Name)" on my scooter, if you have no problem with that
I liked the idea but i really dont like : kickstarter cut... this is dangerous to let metal edges exposed on the fairing like that bowden shifting ... crude, not reliable, why not use standard solution with joints and rods rear swingarm .. bad design, not enough strong , especially how you attached rear suspension unit... it will crack soon due to excessive forces and vibrations. It cant be weld just on one metal plate like that.
