I've been in the beef industry for 15 years, and I'm a veteran myself. I'm not trying to hate, but let's keep it 💯. You're using the exact same cuts of beef that the entire industry is using. Inside rounds, outside rounds, and knuckles, whichever you can buy cheaper. What sets you apart in the jerky sector is your flavor profile, your texture, and the fact that you're veteran owned. I'm going to try some to support, because good for you for taking the risk of starting your own venture in a tough segment to break into. That takes balls. I myself have never risked everything to do that.

Best jerky on the market. Not like any other jerky I've ever tasted. Smoked honey is the best! And when I'm really watching my sugar intake, the sugar free never disappoints!!!
