Very good advice with the CO-warner🙂👍🏼Those heaters are available in Germany for about 150€ on Amazon/ebay, various brands, all from the same factory. My aunt got one to heat her gardenshed and it works fine. How do you handle the condensation inside the troopy behind the panels? I know, it's not that bad, as you're sleeping in the more ventilated tent, but troopys tend to collect condensation behind the panels, and they like to rust😖 I sprayed mine behind the panels with linseed oil varnish (Ovatrol) to prevent that and will add ventilation mesh to the panels. We have the identical heater and had the opportunity to use it recently while out in Utah. The heater is extremely loud when operating. A couple of other helpful tips I hope: 1. We didn't bother to mount blocks under the Vevor. Rather, we applied velcro to the underside of the Vevor "feet' and velcro to our Front runner boxes. 2. My Jackery 1000 is compatible with this diesel heater, but my EcoFlow Delta doesn't power it (I get an E-01 error). To resolve this, I purchased an AstroAI AC to DC Converter, 15A/110V to 12V DC/180W/8.25FT, Car Cigarette Lighter Socket AC/DC Power Supply Adapter Transformer from Amazon, and it works perfectly. The heater requires 15A on start-up. 3. We got some iSpinner clamps to connect the 3" and 4" hoses. We'll likely be getting another unit that is housed in a Pelican case.

Great review I'm sure many will appreciate the effort. Very good advice on the CO monitor, definitely worth getting a decent one.

Hey Johannes. I see you connect to the power. Question 🙋🏻‍♂️ how much power does it draw during a night? Similar to a fridge? Could this maybe why your battery seemed flat the one day and not the cold? Just a thought 🤙. Also how maybe litres is the units tank? I.e. litres per night.
