Ordering a "Electric Sausage Stuffer 15L Variable Speed Sausage Maker" through amazon is $400 through Vevor $455-5% through Walmart $500. There are also a few floating around at $350 wih different branding though near identical imagery. Not quite ready for the stuffer but getting closer need to build the curing cabinet. Verify that vevor is billing correctly. I had an incident, where i checked out at one price but the invoice that hit my email and creditcard was $180 higher. They fixed it but it is good to be vigilant. For product handling of the filled casings, try propping up your meat tub on a chair so the top edge is just below countertop height (maybe a milk crate beneath). It might improve your flow a bit. Though might have pushed things out of frame for the videography.
So it sounds like you had a billing error, you brought it to their attention and they corrected it. So I am not sure what you want me to verify. I started working with Vevor in March, I sold thousands of items with them, if anything goes wrong I hear about it. I have not heard this from anyone else.
@@survivalpodcasting Vevor's price on Vevor isn't always the best value from a USD point of view or the accessories, sometimes there is variation on what comes with the item. I've been doing business with Vevor for three to four years. Overall a decent company. I like that their wares are housed stateside. They are cheap enough that I can learn and make mistakes with them or modify them to better get a job done. They fill a niche similar to Harbor Freight. This isn't to bash them, but rather to make you/people aware. Their reviews are pretty much worthless. As they combine the reviews for three different listings of similar items. Much the way some amazon sellers will manipulate their listings to keep a item live after the product has been changed or replaced to keep ranking, stars, or review volume. Their process for packages delivered to the wrong address (FedEx failure, their proof of delivery shows someone else's house. 13 minutes before making another Vevor delivery here.). Is lengthy but was resolved after a week of communication. The most recent incident was probably a billing error made at a code level rather than a human being in the loop. Everything on screen showed one amount, credit card sms hits with an amount larger than what was agreed to. Followed by the email showing an invoice that contradicts what was displayed when the pay link was clicked. I doubt they have fixed what ever went wrong with by order as I probably didn't get escalated beyond the initial tier of customer service. I don't expect you to do anything about it as the matter is resolved. They have earned their reputation of offering an acceptable quality product, but one should cautious on the billing. I figure you receive commisions but are not a representitive or employee of the business. Have you had a chance to improve the flow of your stuffing setup? Will be butchering the last pig of the year by the 15th. A good portion will go to the freezer as course ground until we are able to get our cure and cold smoke setup together. Though after the demonstration I might attempt a hot smoke. Thank you for demonstrating the technique.
