Jack, the GenX in me so wants to bring back IRC. I propose we create a server network of $10 garage sale computers that host the IRC servers by the voluntary action of decentralized; but trusted, members. Plenty of scripting and moderation tools on both the server side and client side. Please bring us back there. It's where it all began and still exists for the very reason you stated. FTP, HTTP, IRC ,etc is only limited by your ability to connect and reach out to an IP. TSPCnet for the win!!!

When you referred to the Constitution as a contract (compact), you are exactly right. It is a contract between the states, and the Federal government is the product of that contract. An interesting fact about contracts is that the product of a contract does not get to set the terms of said contract. That is reserved to the parties to the contract.

Great episode! I've been raising Quail for 2 years because Jack is a jerk. I have anywhere between a dozen to two dozen Quail on hand at any given time. And I do it all indoors. I call myself the indoor farmer because I raisel in an unheated room that leads to the outside and next to them I grow all kinds of greens. They have a closed in pain area in the shape of a big house made out of chicken wire that surrounds their cage system so they can go in the cages or come outside and flop around and enjoy themselves.Eggs everyday.

Lol My Mom's hoa decided that everyone NEEDED new, matching, garage doors (from a specific company). Her garage door works fine, and I hate roll-up doors...I told her just have them reskin the one-piece door to match the others. I have the same unit. I put on snap couplings for the hose and a quick shutoff valve at the connection. One of the best part of using this tripod is you can put it virtually anywhere, like sitting in a driveway, plus they dont walk around or drop in the setup.

So first simply watch your step, next make sure they are actually cotton mouths before you get all scared. Cotton mouths do really love fast moving water they like slow mucky swampy stuff. For every fishing video I watch where the guys is like, "look a cottonmouth" 9 of 10 are not, they are like Nerodia species like green and plain belly water snakes and banded water snakes etc. Where do you live (state and region there of). The chestnut colour markings you refer to look like fernis/brassy back genetics to me. dad appears to have some leakage too. Also buffs Orpingtons can have a different e base to the BBS Orpingtons that can produce black in the tail and wings. You didn't say if the black was also an Orpington. As for BBS it's ressessive so what your seeing isn't about genetic drift. It's about what colours you mate no matter what generation. Black (B) xB = B (no dilution of black geans) Splash (S) xS = S (2 dilution of black geans) SxB or buff in your case = all blue (Bl) (1 dilution of black gean) The chick's definatly get one dilution gean from dad the splash because he only has dilution geans to give. But mum has none to give. So the chick's only get one gean diluting the black to blue. It needs the second dilution gean to dilute the black to an incompleat pale blue/white leaving some random blue splashes. Blues can't breed true. BlxBl=50%Bl, 25%B and 25%S BxBl =50%B and 50%Bl SxBl =50%S and 50%Bl A punnet square can help work out these persentages and combinations. Hope this helps with future breading
In SW Oregon it would possibly work to get a fleet of battery powered lawn mowers & weed wackers, etc with extra batteries. Then you could clean up people's dead yards when fire regulations are in effect which prohibit gas powered/metal part machines. The dead grass is a fire hazard. Maybe add in installing roof sprinklers and offering extinguishers and fire blankets for sale.
