Anyone who knows cops, investigators, etc- is told “we are not allowed to do our jobs- we’ll be fired” this is a common response. The city is like Gotham because of those who RUN it- whether they’re “elected” is a whole other issue that is spoken of. Meantime? People of means are fleeing- in droves…
