I did Ozempic for 5 months. Lost all my muscles and of course a lot of fat, wich I gained immediately back after I stopped. I just couldn´t handle the food, had to binge eat all the time, one week after I stopped Ozempic. I felt like my buddy on MK677, who woke up at night with stomach pain, because the body wanted food. The worst thing on ozempic, I had to vomit all the time, at least 10 times a day. Even on the high dose, my body just couldn´t handle it and felt sick all the time. I even got emotional while on.... Would never take an anti appetite suppressor again...

So you stop losing weight when you reduce your carbs to a certain level, because it's trying to Conserve so you can survive with less food. So... You Raise Them, and your body stops thinking you are starving, and starts burning calories again... Then you Lower the carbs,and body continues burning at that rate by burning Fat. Lower it again, and Lose more. Then before you body adapts you RAISE them again... A Cycle. Understand?

Shawn Ray is the biggest baby in bodybuilding. I'm sorry but he really didn't make it like alot of other bodybuilders so he's a bitter "little" man. Just recently came across this podcast. And appreciate it. Ive looked up to Victor since i was a kid. Eberybody wanted flexs physique brach warrens physique and of course cutlers but when i first started training at ten years old it was victors physique that i trained to get. Of course it took some time to realize it couldnt be attained naturally but i almost wish i never found that out. The intensity that i used to train with thinking it could be attained was unrivaled.

Turkesteron is not Even comparible with anavar 😀 let's not get there...

Tbh I remember trying ecdysteroids back in 2008 when it was sold at any drug store(gnc for example). Like turkesterone I believe they are good for protein synthesis but that’s about it.
