Remember to read the manual (free download at the Victor site) and clean to oxygen-safe standards with a safe solvent like pure acetone. The seat (which failed in this case) is the usual part that leaks on regulators and flowmeters. High-pressure oxygen (which is all the O2 from the cylinder to the seat area) can ignite small metal burrs and particles so play safe and make sure there aren't any. I inspect with a bright light and magnifying glass.
Replace the flypin But this is an obsolete technology latest is the piston assembly all u have to do is replace the cartridge And the regulator is as good as new
My torch continues to blow oxygen as soon as i open the valve. I change the head and barrel. And tried another regulator ( don’t know if it was bad also ) never saw this problem . Could it be the regulator??
