@@xavierb9061 literally look at the Spurs roster. If it wasn't for the Spurs, 85% of this squad wouldn't even be in the NBA. Or better still just look at the box score for this game, no other Spurs even reached 14 pts! They're trash and Wemby still hasn't played a 30 minute game in over 2 months, he can't do it all by himself

I think wemby a good amount better than Chet but the floor spacer thing isn’t a huge difference. Shai and giddey are average at best from 3. Definitely worse than what the Thunder have. But the attention shai and Jalen command on the defensive end and the increase in minutes he would get on the Thunder he would get easy buckets from shai and avg 25+

@@no12578 well idk about that cause shai needs the ball a lot but if wemby had some guys like lu dort, aaron wiggins, isaiah joe, etc. his production would increase on both ends just from their perimeter defense and their outside shooting. spurs have no 3&D players rn which is desperately needed. actually spurs don't have any 3 point shooters either, just a streaky vassell who can go off some games and play bad in the next. wemby is gonna become the spurs' best 3 point shooter soon considering he's been averaging 38% the past 15 or so games

if the giannis transformation is possible at his size, with his skill set, he can be a fucking monster. He seems really focused on getting better and optimizing everything(like working out his feet, so they dont become a problem etc.).

he's a rookie relax..Pop dnt want to play a rookie 35+ mins in a 82 games in his 1st year as a professional player..this season is for adjustments for wemby..look what happened to some top picks played massive minutes on there 1sy year some of them end with injuries..next season will be the best season for the spurs and wemby

I don't want to hear anything about how Chet is better. You give Wembanyama an allstar caliber teammate, its GG for the rest of the league. Dude is averaging MVP Shaq numbers without a Shai and JDub. And how do you even guard this guy? You can't double or else he would just dish it out for an open 3 and pray the shooter misses. You put your best 6'10 big defensive big man on him and Wemby takes him to school.
