​@daveortwine2641 not necessarily that much weight. Weight can help protect your joints but can also wear your joints down as well from all of the jumping and impacts. Muscle only helps so much. Embiid is a big man who's filled out his frame and he's contatantly injured. Ad is similar and hurt often

@@Vlover0ct nope. if you cant squat it means you never learned to properly. what ever he was doing was more likely for a stretch somewhere in the upper leg which makes more sense because he starts moving drills
