"I learned that in a night. It was a long night,but a night" Mr. Wooten seems to be an AMAZING teacher, he put things so understandable. Love and Respect Mr Wooten

Victor's got the outlook just as much as the technique.

He is so good and I don’t even think he knows how good he is. A solid bassist especially one who plays like this and is so humble about it all is something I can not find words for.

Him and Buckethead need to do a bass duet album for real! Victor needs to do a bass duet period. He does with himself and barely needs overdubbing or loop but the volley between the masterminds would be beyond amazing.

I love to incorapte funky blues types of stuff like that along with harmonics and tapping into my progressive, grungey, hard rock style riffs and do that on bass even though I’m a guitar player.

Well said. People have a misunderstanding of what it is to have intentional/concentrated practice towards a skill. Classical Indian musicians and flamenco guitar players do it as a matter of normal expectation, but somehow it's this giant insurmountable thing to most people in the modern Western repertory; strange.
@raycyst-k9v

Nick Herman I am from India and I have seen alot of musicians and I myself am one. No it's not done like a normal thing India either. People struggle here too. Just like western people. Infact I'd go on to say music is far more developed in western countries than the Indian ones

It's called "talent". My brother and I have the same parents. But he can pick up an instrument and learn to play it in a few MINUTES. Some folks have natural ability given to them by the creator to do certain things. The trick is finding that gift.
