The real issue will be who will be tapped to replace her. She was either fired, or forced to retire due to the ABJECT FAILURE IN UKRAINE, or one could view this as not a failure, and achieving the real goals of a money sink to justify enormous Defense spending which is Good for Defense Business, in which case Ukraine is a Raging Success and Tori will be hired as a Consultant so she is Cashing Out and getting a Swanky job. Watch, track her life after and you'll see she is not going quietly into the night. She is moving on up like the Jefferson's.
