Early Middle-Ages or some Celtic Era would be nice! Or Early Roman Empire (100 a.c.), they had some really fancy up-do's back than 😅And there are a lot of busts you could check out for that era! Love the hairstyle in this one
When I look at paintings/portraits of that era, I cannot begin to figure out they do their hairstyles. So, it amazes me that you're always able to come up with something that resembles. Also, my request: Anything between the Tudar and Victorian eras. I'm less familiar with those. E.g. Georgian, Regency.
I love the outfit so much. I personally would have worn a slip or maybe even a *small* vintage petticoat to make sure it laid smooth all the time, but I hate the feeling of my skirts hanging out around my legs, so to each their own.
I would def wear my big fluffy petticoat I wear under loli skirts, but I would absolutely run around in full-on period costumes if I had one more person to do it with.
You have such a unique beauty that seriously seems to perfectly fit any era or location! I love all things Jane Eyre, Victorian, and Romantisicm, and I will most definitely be trying out this hairstyle. :)
I know it's a specific genre--but a lot of Christian and Jewish women wear a Tischel, or traditional head covering--but often, NOT Amishy-plain looking, but rather cute and stylish... sometimes colorful, and working with your own personal coloring etc. Would you ever consider doing a scarf/head wrapping video? (this could also be helpful for ladies who are dealing with cancer treatment etc). Just a thought.
I'd be very curious to see whether you could create a modern head to toe look inspired by the 1790s? The hair is especially distinctive of that time period...I absolutely love your lifestyle blog and historical/hair tutorial videos!
PLEASE DO MORE REGENCY ERA STYLES IN 2020! 😉😁😉😁ITS MY #1 FAAAVE ERA FOR FASHION, AND I LOVE THE WAY U DO THESE! I LOVE UR OTHER REGENCY VID, BUT I NEEED MORE! LOL❤❤❤
This is beautiful Lucy, thank you! I've some 1840s reproduction shoes from American Duchess, so this helps to style them of course ;) By the way I bought the ikea malm drawers that you have! Thanks so much for the recommendation! :)
The 50s are popular right now and we can find lots of those kind of skirts in stores everywhere? Which stores? I'm always in desperate need of more swing skirts and it seems impossible to find the right kind of shape!
Could you, please, do a 1930s or 1940s style revival video? I really enjoyed this video I love the style of the 1800s all the way through to the early 1900s.
Is it just me or the reflection of the light on the guitar in the background looks like the portrait of a man wearing a cilinder hat and a white scarf?!?
You are the personification of "ethereal" ...do you hear angel singing when you walk??? I wish I could look like that, but my personality doesn't fit anyways.🤣🤗
translation: hello again, you are as pretty as always, even prettier! i admire your proficiency in outfit-making and makeup. there is no hollywood-style ''star'' with your ability in making yourself pretty (they are horrendous). Then again allow me to say that you have the perfect profile for wearing 18th century-style and previous. Thank you for your great video. I almost forgot about your beautiful hair that your hands manipulate quite well into intricate hairstyles.
You got the hair a little rain but you should actually do Victorian dresses because this is not working because you kind of look the same just in a Black Dress
