Thanks! It’s too quiet. I already pulled it out of the water once with the engines still running. Thought I ruined the water pumps but they seem to be OK. The pumps burn up quickly if not in the water.

The engines are totally stock. I wanted to keep it reliable and the factory power output was fine as they were. If I wanted more I would have gone 6.0 plus added a few things but what many years of performance work has taught me is reliability tanks any time you add power to anything. Hey thanks! Honestly I left it alone. It has been reliable and not a single issue since I did this. I keep telling myself at the end of the season that I’m going to try a top speed run and crank everything up in the tune, but I never do it. Going over 40 on that boat feels fast enough. I don’t need to go any faster. It’s not a speed boat or anything so I’m trying to be nice to it. Props and drives are still the same OEM stuff. Never has issues starting, no fuel smell in the bilge (fuel injection) no vapor lock, and they run clean and perfect every time. If the hull was a better design I would probably have better props and drives on it, but this has been plenty.

Thanks! I like it quiet. Was unable to do a WOT run this year as I had a damaged prop. We enjoyed it for the rest of the season limiting it at 30MPH and I'm replacing the props this Winter.

@@GVR1670en you are at 30mph, what kind of RPMs are the engines running? I know on my friend’s Maxum cuddy (I do the maintenance on it) the engine speed at 35MPH is about 3600 RPMs. I watched your first video and jumped over to your 5th to see how your boat is running and if you like this setup. The big B.O.A.T. question is: How reliable in the long run will these engines be and how much real world fuel consumption; especially in comparison with other owners of this same boat with the original marine power? That tow vehicle is epic. That is like Crystal Gail’s old tour bus. Love the old Trailway converted buses, but it is missing the extra tag axle 🚤👍
