So painful don't they know how lonely the gamer community is? The bonding happens when we go through it all together 😭. My dad just started gaming but when we all hang out together & I suggest gaming my stepmom game-blocks us cause she doesn't feel like it's real quality time. I mean at least he's taking my game suggestions but when he got around to playing Resident Evil Village & got to the Doll Makers house I just had to call him & told him to put me on speaker phone so I could at least hear him react to the Creepy Monster Baby.

The media doesn't mention drug addiction that much anymore since we all heard it like a million times for the last couple of decades so it became stale. In comparison, gaming and game addiction is still relatively new and trendy so that's why a bunch of journalists have been hoping on to that bandwagon lately.
