@@MechaboiYT no its an attack ball they called it a saiyan pod because they thought the ships belonged to the saiyans but they were actually just what the whole frieza force used
3:59 They're actually called Saiyan Pods, not attack balls, and the jingle that plays is an excerpt from the first opening of the original dragon ball, makafushigi adventure
Oh definitely, a good majority of these games i havent heard of, or just games that isnt my particular cup of tea, but idc, i love wstching these videos and learning about all these easter eggs!
I don’t know if it was mentioned, but there is a side quest in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey with a guy names Stupio. For the quest, you need to get a weapon and shield because Stupio got a fortune he will harm his parents and he wanted you to get them to protect them. In it you end up killing a female bandit and having a “special encounter” with a blacksmith. Then you find out those two were stupio’s parents and you basically made the fortune come true. This is a basic retelling of oedipus’ story.
Not sure if it's been in a previous video but there is a pretty cool reference in the Indigo Disk DLC for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. If you go to the Savannah Biome in the terrarium there is a set of rocks that look eerily like the Pride Rock from the Lion King. Additionally if you go to them a male Pyroar is atop the rocks. Nice little Easter egg imo
Apologies if you’ve already covered these games but the Steamworld Dig games are full of references and Easter eggs, from descriptions of items being references to movies to direct references to other games, including Half Life 3
Actually, the cool thing about that Lost reference in The Crew Motorfest, is that the Crew was made by Ubisoft, who also developed the Lost tie-in game back in the show's peak of popularity. That game also has quite a few easter eggs in it, I believe.
Makes me wonder which easter egg is the most overused in video games, like how many in total for the easter egg, whether it is the red balloon from IT or the pizza on the roof from Breaking Bad, or the TMNT, bonfires from the Dark Souls series, etc XD
In Daymare 1994 there's also a Resident Evil easter egg. When you go to the underground city and enter the hotel, after exiting the hotel lobby there is a neon sign that spells out resident evil if I remember correctly. At least its somewhere around there, it should be easy to spot
Dusk was mentioned 5 years ago? Your channel already is over 5 years old? Am i really watching you from that long and never realised how fast time is going forward?
Not sure if this easter egg has been discovered before, but in fortnite "save the world", there's a mission called "ride the storm" where you have to send a van into the storm and when you get close to the storm you can hear the song "riders on the storm" by the doors playing. Pretty interesting because thats basically what the character is doing, he's riding the purple storm haha
@@pjizy3 i’d rather be edgy than watch a terrible anime, or any anime at that. stop getting offended bc somebody didn’t know every last detail about it not everyone sits at home 24/7 and watches that shit with zero motivation to do anything
I'm still playing Oddworld: Soulstorm, and haven't come across anything that seems like an Easter Egg yet. Also started playing the Resident Evil 4 remake, and it's so good. What a time to be a gamer!
there is this game called streets of rogue and it has a pretty good hidden detail i would like to see covered so during the final area of the game your task is to kill the mayor and get his hat, but if you somehow manage to drop the hat into a pit it gives you the secret "bad" ending
Idk if you've done it yet or not, but for minor details in video games, robocop rogue city, the robotic enemies move like they did in the movies, stop motion etc
I notice something in cod modern warfare take a closer look at barkov u notice that blue white stripe shirt same blue white stripe shirt at Perseus in cod bo Cold War
One for the cool detail series in Tiny Tina's return to wonderlands if you go to the cultist hideout in brighthoof after the mission you can find the book still on the altar it isn't a prop it has two full and readable pages of udder nonsense but it's hilarious all the same thinking someone took the time to type all this out for a prop
I was playing power wash sim on the shoe house map and I could hear children singing nursery rhymes when I walked by the front door it’s really creepy Not sure if it’s been in a video before though
I’m dragon ball z fighters if you have android 17 n krillen on the same team he’ll help with her special attack n same with piccolo n gotanks with the vollyball attack
In hogwarts legacy If you do the side quest with the dragons you get an achievement called something along the lines of “of fire and ice” which is a reference to game of thrones
The Dragonball one, did that music play in the game or did you edit it in? Because that was the theme tune from the show so it is like a triple reference, the pod, baby son goku and the music. Also the golden idol is a dead give away with the hat for an Indy nod even without the whip. How any would question it I do not know.
@@shinyumbreon1774 I think most of the things in these videos are just references. I think an Easter Egg is something that kind of should not be a part of the game, so the Goku in the ball would be a reference to me, not an Easter Egg, because it clearly wants to be seen, but it's from a different IP. And the thing you talked about would be more of a reference than an Easter Egg, but turning it into a whole quest is what makes it inspiration to me instead of a reference or an Easter Egg. If it was only pulling a sword out a stone, that would be a reference.
I don’t know if this is in the rehydrated version, but in the original Battle for Bikini Bottom, some of the female fish have an animation where they lift their breasts in a “How did these get here?” manner.
When I see the Indiana jones reference I almost freek out because I’m a huge fan of Indiana jones but pls captain put me in a video I don’t care where just pls
@captaineggcelent in Spider-Man 2 when playing as miles in the last band instruments mission with the bodega cat suit, the suit’s cat will not show up inside miles backpack bc the cat is already at the festival
In Uncharted 2, in the level where you make your way to the German dude after you woke up from your unconsciousnes (you were saved by Tybetans or something), if you walk up to the butt of one of the Cows and press , Nathan will smell its butt and then ask himself „why did I do this?“. I just pressed the key alot.
The Fortnite easter egg also doubles as an easter egg to Destiny 1 Loot Cave. Several games have made easter eggs about the loot cave including Dying Light! :D
Do you already know the RU-vid easter egg? If you are watching a channel that you are not subscribed to and the creator says "subscribe" then the subscribe button under the video lights up in rainbow colors.
