Ironically I like the Japanese voice better than the rest. It’s more fitting. I picture Silver having a voice between Sonic and Shadow, but closer to Shadow.
Man it's been 13 years and I STILL think Pete's was the best voice for Silver. Tho... Props to Ono, I was very surprised by how cool the japanese dubbing was.
Pete Capella is my favourite Silver Hedgehog hands down. Quinton Flynn comes in second. Bryce Papenbrook I honestly don’t think he was the best replacement honestly.

Bryce Papenbrook is a talented Voice Actor, but his voice just doesn't fit Silver. It just sounds...off. Quinton Flynn gets the nod for best Sliver in my book.
I feel like Pete had a good voice, but his delivery on line was not great. Bryce is a amazing voice actor, but isn't fitting for silver Quinton is my favorite, having a similar sound to original silver, but delivering lines more naturally

I feel like Bryce Papenbrook would be a better fit for Sonic. His voice is naturally pretty close to what I think of as Sonic’s, and I could see him growing into the role.
Silver from 06 to Generations: A hedgehog with a dark past who will stop at nothing to save his friends. Silver in TSR: That kid who plays USSR Anthem ear rape in the school hallways.
Quinton Flynn also voice Raiden from Metal Gear so when he swears in them, I always laugh because it's basically Silver swearing P.S. Anyone else thinks that Silver should get his own solo game like Shadow
Am I the only one that enjoys Bryce's take on silver? Out of the three hedgehogs he's supposed to be the younger, more naive one so personally I think his voice fits it and is a lot more bearable when he's just calmly talking. Even when just talking you can still tell silvers a more spunky and naive character, and I genuinely love how he expresses emotions, I can't forget about the little voice clips when racing in team racing. From the "stupid silver, stupid" wich shows off a side of his character that is a bit more hard on himself, and then the "there goes my lunch" (it accasionally plays when he does a mid air trick), of course it's purely a joke but it shows that silver isn't just a white sonic with a very tragic backstory. Lastly I've always imagined silver having a more high pitched voice so I was super pumped when I first heard it when I got the game(I also recognised the voice as being the same voice actor for English dub meliodas from sds)

At least Travis' voice for Knuckles can sound serious as shown in Sonic Forces. In my opinion, main continuity Knuckles is great as a straight man to Sonic's cockiness, like in Sonic X. So far, it doesn't look like David can pull that off.

As good as Bryce is at most roles he’s in…. Funny enough, his voice fits a younger Sonic more then Silver lol. Now with the current direction that the Sonic franchise is heading in, I think he could do quite well.

Quinton Flynn is probably my favorite Silver. Bryce Papenbrook just almost beats Quinton. If I listen to Bryce more, he'll probably become my favorite. *listens to Bryce again in this video* OK. It's official. Bryce is my favorite Silver. :D

0:09 OMG Daisuke Ono?! I didn't know he played Silver, I even imagined him giving voice to someone more like Shadow (although I may be biased because I know him from Sebastian in "Black Butler" and Jotaro).

Daisuke Ono the best voice for Silver in Japanese Bryce Papenbrook is perfect for Silver, he makes naive, calm, and more likable. He’s just beginning and I look forward to hear more of his work on Silver Quinton Flynn is Awesome fit for Silver, me make Silver sound cooler and he even hates the line “it’s no use” and I agree, plus he voice Axel or Lee from Kingdom Heart I cannot be made at him Pete Capella makes Silver a Whiney Future Trunks rip off. Hearing him gives me bad memories from 06, due to the writing and terrible 4kids writing in the mix

To be fair on Pete Capella, he's decent in the Opening Cutscene for some reason. But after that cutscene...well..."It's no use! TAAAAKe THIIS!" Maybe if the English dub of Sonic 2006 had as much care put into it as the Japanese recording, Pete could've been a decent alternative to Daisuke Ono.

Obviously the best VA fitting for my voice are Daisuke, Pete and Quentin. The other dude is soo bland and has always the same voice for all his characters. Remember, IT’S NO USE! Take this!!

I never heard silver’s voice before. I was confused as to why 06 Silver sounded like Nagito Komeada from Danganronpa. Then it turns out that Nagito’s VA actually did his voice for team sonic racing.
