In this video I take a look at corporate videos and offer my opinion on what the video does well, and well, where it falls into "corporate video status."
For the record, all of the videos highlighted in this episode are well executed. From the sound to the quality of shots. Some of the videos are even gorgeous, as you will see in these examples.
But even videos that are as highly produced as these can fall flat. The reason being that most corporate video content consists of talking heads (usually shot in interview style so their communication feels inauthentic) with uninspiring music and slow pacing.
For this episode I did a RU-vid search for "Cool Corporate Videos" and one of the very first results was from a shop out of the UK called Social Films.
