Video Review: Fans Hobby MB-16 LIGHTNING EAGLE 

I wish Peaugh never made this video review because now I want to buy this thing. I did not think this was going to be this cool. I have all 3 of Fans Hobby Monster Bots and they're all great quality 3rd Party MP style bots. I'm very happy with how they make their products. Just my humble opinion.

I wish "base modes" didn't always look like they were added between production and shipping.

I would say get one of those clear Autobrands, having the red on the roof be the red for the logo would probably help

that base mode turret thing is pretty cool.

I'm a HUGE fan of the color scheme here!

I got a G1 Thunderclash cab section in a trade... the gold plastic was fine, but his roof section broke. WTF man, that's not the part that's supposed to break! :D

I'm a little bummed out that you have to partsform the room to make up his chest. I know the reason why they did it but still it would've been nice if you didn't have to. Other then that he's very impressive for a remold/retool of their PM Optimus Prime. Really looking forward to the Machine Wars Optimus Prime version.

Mine just showed up today and they told me a FireGuts version of this and God bomber are both coming.

Fun fact: this G3 Optimus prime is super rare and there is 2 versions of it: this and i think a dark blue version of the legs and diferent color scheme

I like it, it is very stocky and blocky, very G1-ish.

Was Lightning Eagle a Prime candidate? He has a trailer and can combine with it which is a feature of Primes.

I've seen some images of this with parts on trees, is this a model kit or a regular action figure?

Please tell me they fixed the Gold Plastic issue, would be heart breaking to see this crumble in a few years.

These recolors look so sweet, but man are these big boy 3rd party offerings way too fiddly and parts heavy. Give me my chunky clunky bots meant to be picked up and can handle tumbling off a shelf more than once. Great review, love what you do

Do the big gold cannons affix to the base robot mode in any way?

tbh, I'm most interesting in the huge booster cannons.
