Great set, the quality/prize ratio is unbeatable, I got mine for less that 60 €. One of it's best selling points is that they are original third party figures, you are not buying knock offs nor remolds of other figures you probably have. I also appreciate the detail of the team not requiring external components for the combined form.
Oh yeah they are great! Still love them, worth every pennies :D There's a repaint of it, more white and red.. but I like the multi color one,( in this video) :)
The sword is a very odd choice, but you're thinking of the DNA Design sword for their Predaking upgrade, however, when compared side by side, this sword and the DNA one actually don't look very much alike. It's very likely it started out as a copy of the DNA sword, but they changed the assembly, number of pieces and molding detail to the point the crossguard is one of the only remaining carryover.
I think the arms would look nice more compressed up so he's not quite so much of a knuckle dragger. It would have been nice if Strafe's nose cone have been a 3rd point to secure the torso together, That it only secures on 2 points looks a bit lacking to me. I do intend to buy this set - but perhaps later in the year once I have more essential purchases out of the way.
in my head i kept saying "voyager sized" but as I rewatched the video I kept hearing leader and I'm completely baffled as to WHY I kept saying leader O_o
