Yall are absolutely delusional. He's clearly dangerous (all the texts, the therapist saying there was abuse on both ends, his own bodyguard admitting he kicked her)....she also is not well and clearly exaggerated and at times may have egged it on...this case never determined who was innocent or if someone was or wasn't abused. It was purely about defamation where she won one claim and he won the rest. Til we see an actual case about who was or wasn't abused I personally don't find it funny or acceptable to rag on potential victims. In either direction.

It was a traumatic event for her. That's why she was snickering, egging him on and recording the whole thing. It's bringing back bad memories of when she almost got away with all of this.

How the heck did she think this would help her case? He's angry and upset and she tries to goad him into getting violent, but he doesn't lay a hand on her. This, together with the recordings of her either admitting to hitting him or getting mad at him for walking away from their fights, show that he was a victim of domestic violence, not a perpetrator. @@jimmyjam6483 , I never used the term "de-escalate", I said that he was was obviously upset and angry, but even when he was irate and she would stand there trying to goad him into a violent reaction, he still did not lay a hand on her. Also, I didn't mention it in the previous comment, but as others have pointed out, at the end of the video he does walk away from her, so there's the "de-escalation" you were asking about.

Unfortunately anyone can do this to someone who loves them. Take advantage of a person who really needs help. Instead of giving him space she records him at a low moment and tries to paint the story around it. They notoriously fought for hours non-stop. But she acts like she just woke up. They had been fighting all through the night.

I've been angry enough in my life to smash walls with my fist but I have never actively hit anyone. I've found that those who smash things usually do it so they release the frustration they feel towards another person. If he was an abusive person and wanted to hurt his spouse... he wouldn't have smashed his stuff, he would have hit her. (Before some pedant chimes in, yes, I know that's not a universal truth. Ok, that's not completely accurate. When he sees she's filming him, he does get aggressive with her. Just because he didn't beat her up doesn't mean that it wasn't aggressive. And someone acting like that frequently creates a hostile environment that can be traumatic.

I noticed this as well. She seemed to think it is laughable his and her stature being compared. If she was actually scared of him she wouldn’t be following him around and looking for a fight and smiling at the end of clip. She has to fight to get her victim face on while in court too. I’m not sure about slamming cabinets but while I was stationed in the state of Washington police were called to my residence at the request of my manipulative ex wife, they informed me that if I broke my own property in an exchange or altercation with her it would be domestic violence charge although minor 4th still a charge
