I think it makes sense that he is broken and has all abilities in the game. Cause it’s not a mobs anymore its an mmo and he’s a boss that needs a whole team to take down.

I know riot has to bend over and create stuff to please their Tencent overlords but could they once make a champ that is balanced and not overloaded? I mean this guy here has most of the mechanics in the game in his base kit. dash, check. stun, check. dmg buff or on hit, check. camo, check. Attack speed buff, check. low cd execute check. Ability or passive that heals, check. is he manaless with low cd or resets, check.
