I remember when Vietnam wasn't so long ago that the Veterans would be as old as this guy is...

That's a REAL marriage...... Christ in the middle !!!!!

And you narrate your story happily and with a smile on your face the way you bombed and participated in killing of innocent people of another country and proud about it . You see horrors only after you have become a POW not before that? Bombing, killing , destroying is not a HORROR for you. You experience horrors only after you have become a POW not before that? You may have the right to narrate / share your story but have a little bit of remorse in yourself that what you believe in is your pride or glory could be a pain and sorrow for another. What else can on expect from an American. Even my father participated in two wars that India faced and he participated in his day's of youth as an Indian Air force officer in the years of 1965 & 1971 but till date did not narrate or share his experience of war with anyone in spite of me constantly trying wanting to know even today as a 52 year son from him who's now 80+ and all that he still maintains he cannot share stories as its only pain. Am proud of my father who still today believes that he does not pride on pain given to someone else be it due to any given justification as duty , obeying orders of an Government.
