This is my second visit to Pleiku's Nhi Dong Cemetery, home to 19,000 aborted babies and fetuses. 15,000 of which have been collected by Mr. Phung and with Mrs Tam, they both are the caretakers and givers of this place.
Mr. Phung does not accept bank or wire money donations. Only in person or delivered to his address. He does not want his number out online.

I went to this cemetery today. The man, now 50 years-old, still doesn't take a salary. My Vietnamese guide (and two locals) were unaware of this baby/fetus cemetery. Along with his 81 year-old (female) colleague, this man also takes care of the attached "veterans" cemetery. He is a very humble man in many ways. Thanks, Kyle, for posting this video.

Thanks for sharing Kyle. Never knew there was a burial site for fetuses only. God bless Mr. Phung for his commitment to give these fetuses a resting place. Kyle, keep up the great work!

You do good work Kyle. Thank you for bringing us this little documentary about a man who helps the babies who were aborted. It's a heavy subject, but I like that you shed light on how he helps support pregnant mom's to continue their pregnancies to the point of being cared for by families who will love them. It is what it is, and he is an angel that walks the earth. Thanks

it's so interesting to see this especially considering the controversy around abortion here in the wester world (or maybe just America I'm not sure). I'm not one to see fetuses as living beings, but I'm glad that someone else sees enough spirit in them to create burial grounds for them.

I don't see the point of having a cemetery. Waste of land and resources. The rush to develop and become "western" has caused loose mores in Vietnam. When I was there so people were bragging to mr about sexual exploits. Use contraception.

not a waste of recources.. your a waste of recources especially when you get burried. but what do i care?? anyone who is buried goes to hell!!! because thats exactly where hell is. why not go to heaven?? thats where heaven is!! up there!!! in the sky with clouds.. etc.. if we let nature do its job. they can go to heaven.

Amazing, here in the UK no memorial of a potential life are allowed, they are consumed in a furnace if at a late stage but most likely the sewage system if at an early stage. We have abortifacients that allows the baby destruction up to 22 days after unprotected sex,so most end up in the sewage system. Most late abortions are now from sex workers who have been imported to the UK most being between 14-16 years of age, always guided by their ever caring handlers. So the "Christian"UK would rather not have inconvenient reminders of abortion, which is viewed as a minor procedure.

Been there heard all kind of stories from these care takers. Looks at some of those graves, some are marble some are granite etc. What does it mean? it mean those graves of a wealthy family and ones with just cement cost less and they aren't coming from government fund. How many dirt graves did you see?. These care takers only popup when they spot an outsider and pretend to be busy, selling you stories like this one "I have 4 kids and I've been doing this for 14 years without a salary or pay?..." does that add up?. Here another one, No name or phone # to the public, I want to stay as anonymous but I do take donations. Listen, try and visit any cemetery in VN and you will see what I mean. FRAUD!!!

+Denny Smoke Phung is a grave builder. That is how he earns money for his family. His wife also had a job. His name is to the public his number is not because would you give your number out to just anyone online? There are s lot of people and journalists with agendas who want to bad mouth him for whatever reasons including trying to figure out where the abortion clinics are. That's why he doesn't want his phone number out.

Well Kyle, I don't foresee why would any foreigner journalist wants to write up such a nasty article of a wonderful person like Mr. Phung here, and if Mr. Phung is scare of whatever reason he wouldn't shown his face on camera. As for local journalist that want to bad mouth about him, I'm sure they won't have trouble finding Mr. Phung with a few phone calls.
