I'm a Vietnamese person who has followed you for a long time and I'm so lucky to have two of my favorite dishes appear on your channel. Really like the content on your channel! I love Vietnam!❤❤🎉
Dannnng!! There used to be a Saturday morning kids show in the 70's called "The Lost Saucer". On one episode they were chased by a half Chicken🐓, half Elephant🐘 creature called a Chickaphant. That's definitely a Chickaphant!! 😳😵💫😆
These are Dong Tao chickens, they are a native species in Vietnam. Raising them requires very strict food and a long time to raise them, usually 2 year, but to have the best chicken it takes about 3 to 4 years, its taste is ranked 5 stars in the world.

@@tonight925 You're totally right, I would absolutely try it anyways. I just got really super excited about how delicious all that wrinkly skin would be if it got crispy and it deeply upset me that it never happened.
Where the hell are the spices- we in india can't eat any meat without spices , it tastes too bland . But leg peice has huge demand in india and chicken here , their legs r too thin and small. I wud like to raise these chicken in india and try to find out its bussiness.
@@GuzzarAwan The food is not bland, bro. Vietnamese people have a strong taste in meat dishes, they use a spice called Fish Sauce, this spice is salty and is present in all Vietnamese dishes just like Indians. Use Curry. You can imagine this stir-fried chicken dish has a sweet and salty taste with the scent of lemongrass and fragrant lemon leaves. I've eaten this dish a few times while in Vietnam, it's really delicious. As for that chicken breed called Dong Tao chicken, it originated in Vietnam. The Indian weather will probably also be very suitable for farming, you can buy it and try raising it. This chicken curry is truly a culinary masterpiece.
Saludos.

What a very strange looking chicken. If I didn't know they'd been bred to have such chunky feet, I would have been inclined to think they had cancer or a skin disease
