I have always been curious to try shark out. I've heard mixed things about it. Some people say it tastes disgusting and almost like plastic, others say its one of their favorite seafoods.
Shark's skin can be made into high end very expensive grater,in japan it's very valuable because it's great for greatung perfect fresh wasabi paste. Add on: Isn't shark,stingrays,and other cartilage fish smell and taste like amonia? I know if treated right it'll be delicacy but Isn't most of the time it's just smell like pee?
