Vietnamese Tofu with Tomato Sauce | Dau Hu Sot Ca 

Ingredients:
3 pkgs of medium firm tofu
1 tsp minced shallots
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 c water
2 tbsp fish sauce
Green scallions for garnish
Optional: tomato paste or sauce for more color
