Make it rain! Great video Jay. I am between this bag and the Saddlemen BR1800 or BR3400 if I need more capacity. I have not bought any yet, but might invest in the Vikingbags as it looks solid.
Love this review! Because of this video review, I just bought the same bag for my 2014 Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe! Loved the make it rain part too!!! Ride safe!
I agree. You can probably find bags out there made with finer materials however they will also carry a high price tag. I think these are a great option. Great fit and finish. All hardware included.
Not sure I’m luvin the look of that big easy bake oven but I get you need the storage for the big trip. Will be interested to see what saddle bags you end up with!
1 bought the rack when I bought the Indian saddle bag over a year ago knowing I might do a trip. I installed it for the first time knowing I’d need it for this bag review. You can see me install it on the 3M vinyl wrap I did I believe. It mounts in the exact same spot as the pillion seat and the brackets just as thick. So. If the pillion seat can support a person. This rack will def support more weight. But. I’m not an engineer. I will most certainly my have more than 7lbs on the back of my bike for the trip. But I will be mindful of the GVW of the bike and try not to overload it. I won’t be using it for this Cali trip though. I have the Corbin brave saddle seat now and this rack won’t work with it.
Chris B thanks for checking back in! It’s been awesome. I was hoping to use it for another large trip this year to sturgis but unfortunately Covid has kept the American/Canadian boarder closed. I won’t make it to sturgis. I do plan on doing some more trips with in my own province in the next few weeks. I still think this is great value for the money. Held up really well. Lots of loops and hooks to lash things into the bag. I will admit the styling doesn’t quite suit the bobber. But for practicality it’s a win.
@@jay_fast thanks my man. I think Im going to pass on the Indian bag because I do think it to be too small. Im going to try that Italian company for my saddle bag but I am going to get the Viking Daggr bag. Since you put your video out the Large back rest bag has been sold out. Lol keep livin the life brother. Ride all the time!
@@dacam2815 it’s pretty large. I guess it depends on how you plan on mounting the bag. There are smaller ones available. When I do another trip i think I’ll pack less. I didn’t use everything I brought
@@jay_fast thank you for answering me. It means I’ll wait when will be available the medium size.I really like that bag. The next trip that you plan the destination will be Florida let me know. You are very welcome. 😃😃
