Ever take a look to watch the instructors' heels as she steps ? They never touch the floor because the music is so fast. Bounce bounce bounce. And what does constant impact over time do ? Fast music also leads to bad form and rarely being able to stand up straight during the class rather than leaning forward. No time to do full extensions of anything ie knees, ham, abductors. Not a class I'd consider safety being top priority.
if you watch this without the sound on, you will see that the moves are no faster than your average step class or DVD (I do a LOT of them). Good routine apart from the step lifting at the end, but not my choice of music
