I came across your channel a week ago and have been saving videos that I want to do over the next 2-3 months on a daily basis to target areas I need to address. So far I have done 5 days. I love the graphics, easy to follow. The music isn't great but I am so focused on the exercises, I don't even hear it lol. I expect to have a great body in 3 months time and will assess things then. Also doing the 18-6 fasting as well. Here's to a new body, new mind and new me (hopefully!). Goodluck everyone!

Hi Linda. WOW 18/6!!! Soooo impressive. I did 16/8 for several months and I loss 67 pounds. However, I have fallen off the wagon. I plan to start doing these exercises and hopefully get on a regular eating and exercise routine. Thank you for sharing your information. 😊

You will not loose any fat without sticking to a diet the exercise will only firm up the muscles after you have loose the fat first diet to loose weight and then firming up the muscles doing exercises while you still have the body fat will take longer to loose the fat try that

Comecei fazer a 3 dias e estou toda dolorida exatamente nos pontos em destaque. É normal então? Kkk e sinto que os músculos estão mais firmes mesmo não aparecendo ainda.

@@Mari.butik26 я мало занимаюсь, сейчас думаю через день или каждый день чередуя: 1 день 30 минутная, следующий день 15 минутная и т.д, Ноя занимаясь 2 раза в неделю одела джинсы в которые раньше с трудом на мне сходились, сейчас я их свободно застегиваю, начинайте быстрее, после тренировки сразу открывается второе дыхание и то что после работы не хочется делать дома с лёгкостью делаю, самочувствие стало лучше, начинайте, не медлите😊

Voltei depois de 7 dias 1 dia: comecei a treinar mais era mt cansativo 2 dia: treinei 2 vezes foi cansativo tbm 3 dia: eu tava melhorando mt e eu já tava vendo uma mudança no meu corpo 4: a mesma coisa do 3 dia só que melhor 5: eu tava com mais alto estima do que antes 6: emagreci bastante perdi 18/19 kg tô muito felizz Eu agradeço dms a esse canal mesmo que seja cansativo no começo eu não desisti
