Oh dear black currant and plum are my favorite fruit notes and amber is my favorite scent note, PERIOD. With wood notes being my second.. that fairy one sounds like my version of heaven 🫠 I appreciate your ability to review. There are some reviewers that don't know how to describe scent whatsoever and it always bugs me but you know how to articulate the scent and capture it through words.👌🏻
Great reviews! I love my village candles. They burn so clean and do last forever. Their Halloween scents are really good too, since you liked the fairy one, you would love haunted mansion- very similar scents 🦇
The first Village Candle I ever purchased was Pure Linen. Absolutely loved it and ended up purchasing & enjoying Glacial Spring, Clementine Evergreen, their various Lavender candles & I love their Rain fragrance in the wax melts. Enjoyed your haul & looking forward to your post burn reviews!

Ouu…these sound terrific! I have Wild Maine Blueberry and Warm Buttered Bread in my Amazon cart(‘saved for later’ for many weeks now😜), but you may have sold me on Fairy Dust too. I’ve been waiting to pull the trigger because I just don’t burn candles as much as I melt because of the sensitivity I seem to have with the combustion of most. But man, I am so intrigued by these paraffin candles. I’ll have to choose one to try but now…which one?😮💨…😅 PS: How long can a paraffin candle be burned in one go, on average?
I let these candles burn for a lonnnnnng time sometimes - like 4-6 hours. I burned a warm bettered bread a while ago… it was very weak. Wild Maine blueberry does well though.
I have Yankees old blueberry used to be one of my favourites but the last few I had were SO weak 😡. Village’s is definitely stronger and sweeter. There’s definitely a raspberry touch to it.
I want some fairies and blueberries too!!🫐🧚♀️ But I have already spent too much on candles😮 I wonder if they will have a sale anytime soon. 😊 It just so happens I found a REALLY old Village Candle in my hoard last week,lol. About one inch had been burned. It is called Spiced Pumpkin . It is a two wick jar, 26 ounce, caramel colored wax. It is at least 20 years old I think.😂So I burned it for a couple hours in my hurricane. The scent was barely noticeable, but it was still sort of there. Just kind of stale smelling. Maybe I should have burned it longer since you said that sometimes the scent starts smelling strong in their candles near the middle?? I think I’ll give it another try😂 But I know I want that fairy dust and wild maine blueberry as soon as I’ve told myself I can’t live without them😅❤❤
They do have sales sometimes! Usually at the end of the season. I’ve never tried their spiced pumpkin before! I would keep trying it as long and it doesn’t smell bad
