Great job. Was wondering about how the building was coming along. Looks like maybe some designer and premier homes together.

Your comment about how long the entrance road to the Enclave is, got my attention. During my September lifestyle visit in Newell / Harper villas, I quickly realized how long golf cart rides can be to the squares & to country club restaurants. Getting to Spanish springs or Sumter landing from Newell was impractical by golf cart. I’d love to find a map showing golf cart travel times & miles from each of the squares and the country clubs to the new areas in the south & in Eastport. Seems like new homes in Eastport are way to far to golf cart to many country clubs and some squares.

Hi Gary, love the videos and information provided. Currently having a home built in the Village of Dabney on Cherry Creek Way. Would love to see the building progress on Cherry Creek Way next time you're in Dabney. My home backs to the pond. Also, wondering if you've heard anything about what might be coming to the area where Chandler Drive meets CR 470. There is a section of land at that intersection that I've heard might be for retail buildings.

Love to see what is happening. Thanks.Seems Morse is doing more and more custom homesites. Need to compare custom (land cost, bond cost & custome pricing) vs. an existing older home. Looking at a home with a paid bond you may have quite a budget to rehab an exising vs customize espcially when Villages are limiting more and more your changes.

Thanks Gary, the Dabney pool is supposed to be adult only. I don’t believe lake denham has a pool so they would go to Dabney or I guess Franklin rec

Hi, Gary, loved this video! Also the one about Eastport Villages. We are trying to decide whether to build in the Eastport area, or the Enclave. We like peace and quiet, and would like waterfront or preserve. We do not play golf, but are also looking at a resale in DeLuna. We want to be in the best area for appreciation as well. Any suggestions?

Thanks for watching my video’s. My opinion is the Enclave is for couples who want their home as the primary place to be (stay at home a lot) and want their own pool. These premiere homes will be larger than most homes and be in the neighborhood of $1 million dollars each. The lots to me didn’t seem overly large or secluded but most back up to woodlands so only neighbors on each side for the most part unless you are in the middle of the circles. For me, if I had time I would rather select a Village in the Eastport area but north of Eastport (not south that is being offered now). I would want towards the middle between the interstate and county road that is not in the Villages. This would keep me from being too close to a highway but give me better access to town squares and dining options by golf cart. I have seen a lot of very nice designer homes in Villages that offer a lot of privacy and nice lots. Good luck in your search as the more I travel to different Villages many have their own charm.
