What a beatiful trip they're on, Babu, Sarru and Raeen. They learn about so many things, and go visit some beautiful sights. - On another note: I'm surprised at how small the cups of tea they have are. I figure it must be very strong tea, as it always seems to refresh them

We don’t get apple pie (or any pies) in Indian McDs. Also, we usually have this as sort of a snack, not lunch/dinner so I think the portions might be okay (Indian portion sizes are smaller). French fries and coke are missing though.

McDonalds in India serves different food than it does in the US. The company adjusts its options based on whatever the local customs are, and since India has a lot of Hindu people who don't eat beef and a lot of Muslim people who don't eat pork their menu options look very different than in the US or Europe. I don't think they even serve what you would consider a burger- they only serve chicken patties, which kinda makes chicken nuggets redundant.

Please let the guys know, in the UK, curry (Indian food in general) is our national dish. It sells more than the traditional fish and chips! I buy Indian food 10 times as much as McDonald's. ❤️

So refreshing to see people who have no clue what the 'golden arches' mean! But no shake, pie, ice cream cone or sundae cup? (I can understand skipping the fries if they are eating an aloo burger)... I'm glad you had fun and I appreciate your ever-present grateful attitudes. I personally don't like McDonalds. Maybe it's better over there, but here in the states, burgers are everywhere competing for business and as a result are so much better. I need more than a patty and a plain white bun.

Nah it's not better. We don't have any particular franchises which serve better burgers because McDonalds and Burger King dominate the market. I personally like Burger King better. However, you can get your classic Sloppy Joe or better burgers which is upto American standard from good restaurants at 10-15 dollars.

@@ephemeral.793 I mean it's honestly a difference in opinion and experience. I have had Subway here before, the meat is always too cold, the lettuce never felt fresh. I'd personally say go for Jimi's burger in Mumbai or search for whatever sells authentic burger but if I am in a hurry, BK suits me.

I love how McDonald's is different in every country. I'm from Canada and when I moved to the UK everything tasted different and there were things on the menu I hadn't heard of and they don't have items I knew from Canada. In Italy and Amsterdam completely different as well. Now I want to try theirs 🤣

Even here in the US, McDonald's menus vary. I live in Los Angeles and for many years McDonald's had angus burgers. Went to visit my mother in a different town and went to McDonald's. No angus burgers. In Hawaii, Spam is on the McDonald's menu.

Fries in McDonald are extremely expansive and also don't taste good. At least in my Poland. An 80-250g pack of fries at Mc costs 1-2EUR, while a kg of potatoes costs 0,20EUR. In other places for the same price you will get three times as much fries, and better in taste.

@@Miristzuheiss No, no it's not. Seeing as Mcdonalds alone has over 6,000 franchises just in Europe. They love it just as much as everyone else. I'll let you look into all the other franchises as to their numbers in Europe too. You'd be dumbfounded how many Europeans (the vast majority) don't think of fast food as "poor people food".

In Europe we love mcdonalds a lot too, always full, never considered it poor people food, since it's not cheap either for what they offer, a menu in a good homemade restaurant with desert costs 2 € more, so not cheap

@@nicholasbalser6901 Our family is poor and european. Our most frequent restaurant visit is Mc Donalds and the food of our choice is always the cheap 1,30€ cheeseburger for each one... If we feel like spending, we also take one big milk shake at 3,20€ and share it between the 6 of us.

They weren't that hungry. The producers said further down the feed they had already eaten and this was just for a "restaurant" experience. And the burgers were most likely a potato patty, so fries would've been overkill.

Strange litte thing I notice, they all eat with their hands upside down compared to what I'm used too. Maybe they thought it would hold the food in the bun better. Not sure if my wrists will bend like that 🤔

I feel sad that to us McDonalds is so common, but to these men it is brand new and exciting. We go so often that we don't even think about it, but they don't get the opportunity unless the producers take them. That is why I am sad, because we take it for granted but they appreciated it.

You should only eat McDonalds Fries if you are there and they are fresh and hot. Would have been a great time for them to try it. I guess you know what's best for them. They don't look like big eaters and I wouldn't want to see them get sick.

One thing I haven't figured out is why in so many places in foreign countries, many of the signs are in English, such as in this McDonald's. How is everyone supposed to understand what the words mean?

Cheap and easy to criticize what is not there. More difficult and noble to appreciate what is. Look for flaws and you will find them. Look for gratitude , and it's also there. So whichever one you seek is the interpretation you will find. These men had a great experience with or without you bringing outside expectations.

for food reaction next, please consider having them try a crabmeat sandwich? to make it, you need to have either fresh crabmeat or from a can, if its from a can you do not need to cook it, simply mix the crabmeat with a little bit of mayonaise, black pepper, salt, diced onions and mix until a paste then add it to bread and eat as a sandwich

They need to try a US McDonald's bc the ones overseas are so good and flavorful w menu items not available in the states. They are having something you have never had at McDonald's n never will unless you get on a plane.
