Since no one ever seems to know the origin of that Fix It Felix “bootleg” whenever it comes up in these streams, this was a homebrew by an English programmer. It was then translated into Russian, as well as several other languages.

I'm a simple man. When I see the words "Joel" and "Bootleg" close to each other, I click right away.

The ROM hacks that weren't identified are as follows: _Final Fantasy_ is _Barver Battle Saga: Tai Kong Zhan Shi_ (yes, that's spelled right), which is an unlicensed Chinese game by Chuanpu. _Grand Theft Auto V_ is _Outlander,_ which was made by Mindscape. _Naruto_ is (appropriately enough) _3 Ninjas Kick Back,_ made by Malibu Interactive. The other _Naruto_ is _Mystical Fighter._ (I think I said this in a previous archived stream…?) _Transformers_ is _Mazin Saga Mutant Fighter_ (aka _Mazin Wars)._ Someone said this, but I thought I'd give the full title. Also, the people who made _Iron Man, The Adventures of the Gummi Bears, and TMNT - The Legend Returns_ is a company called "BMB."

From a collection of demo trackers included in TFM Music Maker (a SEGA Genesis tracker that utilizes the YM2203), that song in particular is 'Skelett I Garderoben' by Swedish music composer, Linde. It plays at a faster tempo because the Clock(Hz) is changed. Quite a handful of Russian bootlegs use those demo tracks - like 'Mario 3 - Around The World' for instance, only further emphasizing the lack of effort put into these bootlegs.

Jurassic Park Rampage Edition is definitely a real game, but it looks like that version was an unlicensed Russian translation. It sounds like the main menu almost loads since you can hear it in the background.

No. First he stops in mid-air, obviously paying homage to a classic cartoon trope: the character walking several steps past a cliff and into the air, only to look down, probably look back up at the audience and gulp, and then start falling. Now you're thinking, “okay, he's gonna look down and up really quick and _then_ he'll fall!” Again, no. He spends _just a little too long_ looking down, then up. You're thinking, “alright this is getting a little drawn-out, but he's gonna fall now for sure!” Nope. He pulls out a tiny little umbrella, and now you know exactly how this is gonna happen. Surely, he will look at the umbrella, reassured, before the umbrella collapses and he falls. Not quite, but I swear to you, we're finally in the home stretch. The umbrella collapses...and he continues to float in the air, surprise bukkaked onto his stupid fucking face, for a couple more seconds before finally, _mercifully,_ falling to his death. You know why dying isn't nearly as drawn-out and irritating in other platformers?
