My mom used to be a dental assistant back in the 90's. Whenever she had to give someone anesthetics she suggested to go to McDonalds or Dog N Shake for a big vanilla milkshake. The cold would help break down the anesthetics faster. I don't know if that still works nowadays, but I suggest it whenever I can.

Also if a button starts to stick on a device that has changeable faceplates or bezels (Especially new buttons or bezels), Usually taking a small rat-tail file to the edge and side all around the edge of the button-hole will solve the issue.

So I recently learned that after Id Software developed the engine for what would become _Commander Keen,_ they first approached Nintendo with the offer of producing a _Super Mario Bros._ port using it. Nintendo's response was that while they were impressed with Id's work, they wanted Mario to remain exclusive to the Nintendo console platform. And now here I find out Nintendo also went out and licensed the property out to Hudson Soft for a PC-88 port? Man, Nintendo's Japan and US divisions really did not speak to each other at all back then, did they.

There was a guy somewhere in Europe that also wanted to license SMB to the Commodore 64, he'd even developed a prototype to prove to Nintendo it could be done. They turned him down, presumably because of the limited success on other home computers already, so he went and developed the SMB clone called "Great Giana Sisters". People like it, and it's not a knock-off if you legitimately try and get permission first, right?

Sadly, Illumination was Nintendo's _only_ choice if they wanted to go with a big recognizable animation studio: Disney/Pixar? Nintendo is way too similar a company to Disney, if you get my meaning. They wouldn't want to share profits with Disney, and Disney wouldn't want to share profits with Nintendo, as they have plenty of their own properties already. Blue Sky? Owned by Fox, which was bought by Disney. Dreamworks? Bought by Illumination. Sony Pictures Animation? Sony is Nintendo's biggest rival.

Hello, this is a polite way a crazy person like myself how I'm an advocate for the 2008 speed racer movie. It's my favorite movie of all time. There's a couple of short videos about it on why it's use of CGI was more artistic than utilitarian, the story is so simple but with a morals I can get behind (corporate bad, self improvement good, family best), how stylistically is closer to any other anime adaptation up to that point, how it has nuances and details that only the media of cinematography can take advantage of, how the Wachowskis inject a unique energy to the film, the choreography of the races, the design of the vehicles, it's a campy movie based on a quaint and cheap cartoon, etc. If you haven't seen Speed Racer (2008), do it. There's no higher definition way to legally watch it today, so either pick a DVD or go to the Bay where pirates unload.

I think the best way to do a Metroid movie would be Zero Mission. It’s probably the most emotionally driven Metroid game besides Dread and would be the most accessible since it is Samus’ origin.

Sympathy for Lady Vengence has only like 75% on RT. "Everwhere at the End of Time" is an album, not a movie. (Unless you think they mean the really obscure experimental film based on the album that doesn't even have an RT profile and are arguing they somehow based their choice on googeling it's nonexistant RT score) I'm not sure how you can know a movie that doesn't exist is a "complete hipster trash movie". Or either the chatter or Vinny messed up the title of "Everything Everywhere All at Once" which is massivly popular and comercially successful.
