The "Wii crash sound" is just the sound of the game not updating the audio buffer, since the Wii just plays a specific memory range as audio over and over in a loop, and its the game's job to update it when needed. If the game either starts updating the buffer again or accidentally writes to that address range as part of whatever crash, it'll change the crash sound. Usually, the game only stops updating the buffer if it's crashed entirely, but in theory it can can stop and start whenever the devs want.

Hi, one of the sports mix stockpile creators here, if anyone's confused about what was going on at 22:15 (since not much really happened), Toad was supposed to look up and stare at the camera with this really goofy looking face, and then having a forced crash happen as he was staring at the camera, but the crash somehow happened much earlier than it was meant to, and it never crashed that early when Shn was testing it. Not 100% sure why that happened but atleast Vinny managed to save it by calling him "BEEG!"
