Great vid, I still ride my 42" BZ Hoku Hard Bottom, purchased in 1997....great in heavy waves, its like a Rolls Royce, solid, stable & packed with quality 🤙

Ah nice mate!!! Yeah I’ve really enjoyed riding it to be fair unfortunately wasn’t able to get a video out last week due to work commitments🙄 but the bz well be back for more fun I’m sure 🤙🏽

Nice video 22 years ago when i bought my first board a wave rebel i was 42 at the time now ride a Rossi board. Thanks for the video you keep me stoked.

I've still got my Mach 7 X from the 90's. Yellow with Orange bottom. That was the classic lid used by every one at the time.

My ex has still got my Mach 7 and we split up 25 years ago! Hopefully she'll drop it in one day but as she now lives at the other end of the country, I'm not holding my breath :(

I ride a BZ retro from a little later regularly. The core in the BZ's back then was large Cell PP and to this day my old board has /spring/pop, the new PP cores go dead in about 10 surf now. I wish you could still get that core.

Sick to see you riding a bz bullet ! I'm pretty sure Steve was the second aussie to win a world title after eppo in massive pipeline. He rode for morey before going to bz. Interested to know if you see Ian Campbell around? How I could get one of your hoodies? If you've done a 360? And if you ever plan on coming to Australia? If I can give you any advice I'm more than happy to legend. Been riding a boog for 35 odd yrs love your passion and content aye

Not bumped into Ian yet, few of my mates surf with him and all say he’s a top bloke. Hopefully I do at some point! I plan on getting some more hoody’s done soon, I will say when I’m ready to get them back out. The 3’s are nearly there but it’s a work in progress 😂 glad you enjoy watching and as for coming to aus that would be a dream one day and I’ve got family there I haven’t seen since I was a boy 🤙🏽
