I had an emotional response to this home. Some of us are just “Olde Souls”. We see time, history and generations past in what some might see as “junk”. The way you have incorporated it into your daily life shows your respect for it, in my opinion. I hope your children value it as much as you do♥️

I am so impressed with the whole home. I think everything was pursed with love and a place for it where it should be. I have collected pieces over the years, gave to much away that I wish I had now. I guess the older we get our ideas change and then we can enjoy someone else's treasures. You have a soft way of explaining what you collect and the color you use through the whole house. The one thing if I can chose, is the way you did the cabinet in the bathroom. It is so neat. the way it doesn't even look like what it is. you are talented. thank you for sharing. Joyce

My favorite pieces are the scale in your office. The blue fireplace in the living room really makes it pop. Very eye catching and unsuspected. Ducks you have are nice. The vintage record player screams past time and meets the cozy part of my comfort. Your decor style says classic vintage with a touch of old timey farmhouse. Yet its a scene of various ages of pastime meeting each other as your eyes cross the spaces from room to room and wall to wall. Nicely done

Very beautiful!!! What I love most is you can feel the love put into the home. The collections are displayed so nicely that they make you want to stop and look at each and every one of them. There is nothing cookie cutter here in this home. It shines with beautiful personal style. It would feel like you were a queen to stay in the gorgeous guest room. I struggle with my living room decorating bc I also have 20+ foot ceilings. I like how you took the pictures up the wall with the picture ledges. I had never seen that..but will be copying it😁 Thank you so much for sharing your home❤

What a warm and welcoming home! I love the Pantry door and the glass door that looks like it leads to a basement,a glass door is a novel concept. And that kitchen is gorgeous! As is the Living Room. The headboard of the Master bedroom is awesome . There are so many lovely pieces throughout the home that I could give on forever. Great home!

Such a beautiful, soothing home. Love to have things in my home from my relatives too. My great grandfather was a blacksmith so always on the lookout for something Iike that And my grandfather worked as a lumberjack for years. I’m still searching for a lunchbox like the one i saw him carry for years with a big dent in the Iid where a tree landed on it. Omg one of my favourite videos. Even though I an bit more farmhousey prim, this was fantastic. Snd ha Canadian 🇨🇦eh? Where do you live that your fb market place has such good finds! Mine here in NS doesn’t have such low prices. Loved it all and hey I was cross stitching while I watched but had to stop so didn’t miss anything. Fantastic, cozy home.
